Who we are

This website and the enquiries made through it are handled by MYBIZZ HOLDINGS PTY LTD (ACN 696 078 387) trading as MyBizz Solutions ("we", "us", "our"). This notice should be read with our Privacy notice and Website terms of use.

Cookies

The only cookies this website uses are Google Ads conversion tracking cookies, described below. It does not use analytics tools. Google Ads may also use them to show our ads to people who have enquired (Google Customer Match; see our Privacy notice). Apart from the Google tag that does this measurement, it does not load fonts or scripts from other companies' servers.

What it stores in your browser

A few small items are kept in your own browser's storage. They are not sent to us. Only lg_lead_ud is passed to Google, in hashed form, as described in its row.

Name	Type	When it is set	Purpose	How long it lasts
`legare-intro`	Browser storage (local and session)	After the opening animation on the home page has played	Remembers that you have seen it, so it does not play again	Until you clear this site's data (the session copy ends when you close the tab)
`legare-lang`	Browser storage (local)	When you choose a language	Remembers your language for your next visit	Until you clear this site's data
`lg_lead`	Browser storage (session)	After an enquiry is sent successfully	Lets the thank-you page count the enquiry once. It is not sent anywhere	Removed when the thank-you page opens, or when you close the tab
`lg_lead_ud`	Browser storage (session)	After an enquiry is sent successfully	Holds the email (and phone) you entered so the thank-you page can pass them to Google in hashed form, unless you have turned advertising cookies off	Removed when the thank-you page opens, or when you close the tab
`legare-ads`	Browser storage (local)	Only if you turn off advertising cookies below	Remembers that choice, so Google Ads cookies stay off on later visits	Until you turn them back on, or clear this site's data

Our hosting provider delivers and protects the website and processes technical information such as your IP address to do so. It did not set any cookies when we checked. If it ever needs to check for automated traffic, it may set a short-lived security cookie.

Google Ads conversion tracking

We advertise with Google Ads. To measure which of our ads lead to enquiries, this website loads the Google tag from Google LLC ("Google"). When you arrive from one of our ads and later send us an enquiry, Google records that the ad led to an enquiry. We see totals per ad, not who you are. This is the only purpose we use these cookies for.

Name	Type	Purpose	How long it lasts
`_gcl_au`	Cookie, set by Google Ads on this website	Links a visit that came from one of our Google ads to an enquiry sent later, so we can see which ads lead to enquiries	90 days, as stated by Google
`Google advertising cookies, such as IDE (doubleclick.net) and test_cookie`	Cookies on Google's own domains, set or read by Google	Used by Google to measure ad performance and to check whether your browser accepts cookies	As stated by Google: IDE up to 13 months in the EEA and UK and 24 months elsewhere; test_cookie 15 minutes

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, these cookies are off: the Google tag runs without setting or reading advertising cookies. Elsewhere they are on unless you turn them off. When they are off, Google can still receive your browser's request for its tag and limited signals that do not use cookies, such as that a page was viewed or an enquiry was sent.

Google handles this information under its own Privacy Policy.

Turning advertising cookies off

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and manage how Google uses advertising data at adssettings.google.com.

Clearing what is stored

You can remove these items, and the _gcl_au cookie, at any time by clearing this website's stored data in your browser settings. The site works the same without them: the opening animation may play again, and you may need to choose your language again. Clearing it also removes a choice to turn advertising cookies off.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice from time to time. Updated versions will be published on this page with a revised date.
