A Legare Global AI Employee is a software agent built to your brief for a role in your business. It is onboarded like any other employee, with a written position description, KPIs and a reporting line, and works towards your long-term objectives, even overnight. Every thirty minutes it checks its position description and picks up the next piece of work. Every action it takes is written to a decision log.
Who is a Legare Global AI Employee for?
Australian businesses from small operators to large organisations. You don't need in-house IT, and most clients have never used AI in their business before. Legare Global's recorded walkthroughs use sample firms in care, health, schools and hospitality. Most businesses start with a Chief of Staff, a second in command that can serve several people, then add specialists as the work shows where they are needed.
What roles can an AI Employee fill?

How is an AI Employee set up?
It starts with a position description written with you: the objectives, the KPIs, the systems the role reaches and the actions that need a person to sign off. The role starts only once you sign it. It then joins your team's channels, requests only the access the description names, and reads your policies, contracts and correspondence. It goes live within days, with every output checked, and we stay with you through the first month.
How does it work alongside my staff?
It sits in the channels your team already uses, including Slack, Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp, Telegram, Google Chat and Discord, and it has its own email address. Your people brief it, hand it work and correct it the way they would a colleague. Correct it once and the correction is written into the role for good. It carries the repetitive and administrative work, so your team has more time for strategy and judgement.
What can it do on its own, and what needs my sign-off?
Reading, drafting, analysis and preparation run on their own. Anything that changes a record, sends money, reaches a client or supplier, or leaves the building is held at a sign-off gate for a named person to approve, in the channel they already use. You set where that line sits for each role. Every action is logged with who approved it, and any authorised person can stand an agent down immediately.
How is it priced, and what is the contract term?
Each AI Employee is priced per role, per month: one flat amount however much work goes through it, plus a once-off activation fee covering the position description, the induction and the first weeks of tuning. Platform and model usage are included. Billing is monthly in Australian dollars, with GST on every invoice. Each role runs on a rolling monthly agreement, with 3 months' notice to end it.
How is my data kept secure?
The platform is aligned with SOC 2, ISO 27001 and GDPR. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and each agent holds only the minimum access its role requires, granted through your identity provider and revocable in one action. Your data is used to do your work and is never used to train models, which is a contractual term. Every action is written to a tamper-evident audit trail.
