Priced per role, like headcount
You pay a flat monthly fee for each agent role in operation. A role has a knowable cost, the way a salary does, and you can budget it the same way, whatever volume of work goes through it.
Most enterprise AI pricing is a negotiation wrapped in a demo. Ours is the same for everyone. Three phases: thirty minutes that costs you nothing, a fixed fee to get the first role working, then a monthly fee per role on a rolling monthly agreement, with 3 months’ notice to end it.
01
Thirty minutes, no cost
We take one role in your firm and map it against the platform: the job description the agent would run on, where it would stop for your sign-off, and what it would need to connect to. You leave knowing what the role would do, and the price for it, given in the meeting.
02
First month, fixed fee
You write the job description, the way you would for a person, and the agent models itself on it. We name it, put it in the channels your team already uses, and load your document history: twenty gigabytes ingests in days rather than months. We stay in it with you for the first month, because that is when the description turns out to need changing.
03
Per role, rolling monthly
Start at the executive table, not with the analysts. That order matters: run the other way round and the leadership team never engages with what changed. Once the executives are working through it, senior management follows a month or so later, then wider. Each new role is added the way the first one was.

Price depends on the role and the scope, and is given in the meeting, the same way for everyone. No negotiated exceptions.
A job description written before anyone has worked with an agent is a first draft. The month after go-live is when you find out what you actually asked for, so that month is ours: we tune the description, widen or narrow the remit, and fix what the work exposes.
A role runs on a rolling monthly agreement, billed monthly, with 3 months’ notice to end it. If the frontier models underneath get more expensive inside your term, that is ours to wear, not yours. At renewal we price against what they cost by then and show you the working. Anyone offering a locked multi-year rate is either padding it now or planning to revisit it later.
KERNEL v1.0 · PRICED PER ROLE · PRICE GIVEN IN THE MEETING
Tell us the role you would otherwise hire for. We will show you an agent at work on it in a sample firm: hand it a task and watch the sign-off gate hold its first draft. No deck, no obligation.
