Who we are

Enquiries sent through this website are received and handled by MYBIZZ HOLDINGS PTY LTD (ACN 696 078 387) trading as MyBizz Solutions ("we", "us", "our"), which sets up and supports Legare Global AI Employees in Australia. We handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

Data that an AI Employee processes for a client is governed by the End User Licence Agreement with that client, not by this notice.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry through the contact form, we collect:

• your name;
• your company;
• your email address;
• your phone number, if you give it;
• the role you are interested in, if you give it;
• your message;
• the page and language you sent it from.

This website does not use analytics tools. It keeps your language choice, and whether you have seen the opening animation, in your own browser's storage; that information is not sent to us. Fonts are served from this website itself, not from a third party. Like any website, our hosting provider processes technical information such as your IP address to deliver pages and protect the site.

We use Google Ads conversion tracking to measure which of our ads lead to enquiries. The website loads the Google tag from Google LLC, which receives technical information such as your IP address and the pages you visit, and may set the _gcl_au cookie (kept for 90 days, as stated by Google) and use Google's own advertising cookies. We see totals per ad, not who you are. These cookies are off for visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, and anyone can turn them off on our Cookie notice, in their browser settings, or at adssettings.google.com. Google handles this information under its own Privacy Policy. Details are in our Cookie notice.

Advertising audiences

We may share contact details you give us, such as your email address and phone number, with Google LLC to measure and show our ads (Google Customer Match). Google receives them in scrambled (hashed) form and uses them only to match them to Google accounts. As a result, you may see our ads on Google services. To ask us not to share your details, email contact@mybizzsolutions.com.au. You can also turn off personalised ads at adssettings.google.com. Where the law requires consent, for example for visitors in the European Union, we ask for it first.

Why we collect it

We use your details to reply to your enquiry. If you do not give us your name, email address and a message, we may not be able to respond. We do not sell personal information, and we do not add you to a promotional mailing list unless you separately agree to it.

Where it is stored

Your enquiry is stored in our CRM database, hosted by our database provider (Supabase, on Amazon Web Services) in Singapore. Our team may also be notified of your enquiry by email.

This means your details are disclosed to, and stored on, servers outside Australia, in Singapore. We take reasonable steps to ensure they are protected and handled in a manner consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles (APP 8). Our providers are contractually required to implement reasonable security safeguards.

How long we keep it

We keep your enquiry only as long as reasonably necessary to respond to it and to meet legal, audit and record-keeping obligations.

Access and correction

Under the Australian Privacy Principles, you may ask for access to the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate or incomplete. Email contact@mybizzsolutions.com.au. Requests may require identity verification.

Complaints

Privacy complaints can be sent to contact@mybizzsolutions.com.au. We aim to investigate and respond within 30 days where reasonably practicable. If a complaint remains unresolved, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at www.oaic.gov.au.

Visitors in the European Union

If you are in the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) also applies. Our lawful basis for using your details is our legitimate interest in replying to an enquiry you sent us, or your consent to be contacted. Your details are transferred to Singapore, as described above. You may ask us to access, correct or erase your details, or object to our use of them, by emailing contact@mybizzsolutions.com.au, and you may complain to the data protection authority in your country.

Changes to this notice
